Gerhard Schoeman - Industrial Psychologist

I am a registered Industrial Psychologist and obtained my Masters degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria. I have more than 20 years, national and international, experience in the field of Industrial Psychology and have supervised and coached many Interns, sharing my knowledge and experience to make a difference in this field.

My assessment experience includes job profiling and the designing, implementation and management of Assessment and Development instruments and centres; including the use of various psychometric instruments.

I have facilitated Organisational Development projects ranging from small privately owned businesses to large international corporations.

I have designed and coordinated various interventions in order to improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams and departments. My experience in Teambuilding range from developing team exercises, the building of low rope adventure activities to the successful facilitation of Team Development interventions.

At times I lecture at the University of Pretoria and act as an external Examiner for both the University of Pretoria (UP) and the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Some of the clients I have done consultation work for are Volvo Trucks, the Department of Health, Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy, the Swedish Air Force, the Scorpions, Bhp Billiton, Saab Grintek, Sanlam Healthcare Management, ZaPop, TSM Consulting, First National Bank, Telkom, Momentum, Bestmed, Wesbank, ADT Security, Department of Trade and Industry, Master Drilling, Geostrada Engineering Labs, Tlame Consulting and many more.

I strongly believe that every employee can be an asset for an organisation and should be developed as such.
